MONEY REFUND

WITHIN 4 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY

PIRAEUS BANK partner bank – other bank transfer costs 0.50€.

Process completed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return.

Required fees will be added or subtracted according to your request.

4) On returns sent outside the specified time frame.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS

1. Fill in the form, in the field MONEY REFUND or EXCHANGE and enclose it with the product in the package to be returned. 

2. The product must be shipped strictly in its original condition, as it has been delivered and strictly in its original packaging (box and plastic bag).

3. Send the package with the product exclusively via ΕΛΤΑ courier – ΠΟΡΤΑ ΠΟΡΤΑ (tel. 11120) and at OUR CHARGE. Fill the address DIAMOND CREATIONS EL.VENIZELOU 92 & EVROU 13675 ACHARNES ATHENS 2102444453. 

* All products returned are subject to thorough quality control. If a defect is found during quality control, the product has been worn more over the fitting or has suffered any deterioration, defect, smell, has been wet and others, then it will be returned to the consumer and the request for a exchange or money refund will not be accepted. The shipping cost, in this case, is borne solely by the consumer.

* Diamond Creations reserves the right to refuse and return back to the consumer, the returns sent beyond of the specified time limit or returns of products not in the same original status as the one in which they were received. The shipping costs, in this case, are borne solely by the consumer.

For shipments abroad and to Cyprus, no changes are made. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask a refund and place a new order, with the new outfit of your choise. The shipping costs of the return, are borne exclusively by the consumer.
