Picking / Packing / Shipment of Orders.

The execution and shipment of an order depends on the availability of the product and the volume of orders.

Orders for products that are available for shipment are executed within 2-3 working days, often the same day.

Orders for not available for shipment products, are executed according to the awaiting time written in the availability of the product.

After the shipment of the order, we inform the customer, via e-mail with all the shipping information.

Customers with history REFUSED/DENIED DELIVERY

The new orders of customers, who previously ordered and have refused to receive their order / shipment or did not respond to ours or couriers written or telephone correspondence and the order /shipment  returned to Diamond Creations, labeled as (NOT INTERESTED – REFUSED/DENIED DELIVERY), will be accepted only after prepayment – with credit card or deposit of the total amount of the new order in our bank account.
