You have the right to cancel an order within 3 hours of order registration. After the end of aforementioned time, the cancellation can not be accepted.
Right to change.
You have the right to change or refund the entire order or part of it. To exercise the right of change or refund you must follow the directions of the instructions form that you received in the package of your order. Your request will be accepted only upon approval of our company and provided that all the conditions set out in the instructions form are met. Refund are not accepted on products with discount.

MONEY REFUND

WITHIN 4 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY

PIRAEUS BANK partner bank – other bank transfer costs 0.50€.

Process completed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return.

Required fees will be added or subtracted according to your request.

You are obliged to send the product to its original condition as you received it – should not be worn beyond the test must not be soiled and must not have undergone any cleaning process. It should also be in its original packaging with the accompanying tag of our company. The return will be accepted only upon approval of our company.
All products returned are subject to thorough quality control. To avoid any inconvenience, you are advised to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects. If a defect is found during quality control in product returned the company must contact the consumer to solve the issue.

In case of any damage or defect of a product, after / during its use, our company is not obliged to replace it or make a refund or change.

Customers with history REFUSED/DENIED DELIVERY
The new orders of customers, who previously ordered and have refused to receive their order / shipment or did not respond to ours or couriers written or telephone correspondence and the order /shipment  returned to Diamond Creations, labeled as (NOT INTERESTED – REFUSED/DENIED DELIVERY), will be accepted only after prepayment – deposit of the total amount of the new order in our bank account.
